Digital Internship
Why an internship at L’Oréal?
L’Oréal is one of the most innovative and digitally driven FMCG companies. An internship at L’Oréal will show you the world outside of university and will ensure that you will get to know yourself better. As an intern you will be taken through the Intern Development Program (IDP), which will stimulate your personal development through various activities. In this 6-month internship you will get a clear view of the day-to-day activities within your field of interest, which will aid you in choosing a master program or future job. Additionally, you will have to opportunity to gain insight in other fields of your interest within our dynamic organization.
What will you do?
We offer the following four digital internships:
Digital – Professional Products Division (PPD)
This internship is part of the multi-brand digital team in the Professional Products Division of L’Oréal. Your tasks will consist of:
- Carita, Decléor, Kérastase, L’Oréal Professionnel, Matrix, Redken, shu uemura.
- Maintaining websites, mobile apps, emails, social media platforms and online campaigns.
- Upkeeping the B2B platforms of the different brands: web shops, Connect app, ACCESS learning platform.
- Assisting the preparation of digital-related workshops and training sessions for the employees of L’Oréal and store personnel.
Digital Content and Projects – Consumer Products Division (CPD)
With the Digital Project Manager and the Content Managers you will work i.e. on:
- Keeping digital assets (websites) up to date.
- Optimizing the User Experience of the digital assets.
- Taking care of quality and timeliness of marketing campaigns.
- Taking care of quality and timeliness of optimalisation of digital assets.
You will analyze all your activities and you will send them if needed to contribute to the awareness, engagement, and conversion targets for our brands.
Digital and Communication – Active Cosmetics Division (ACD)
You will work within the ACD Digital & Communication team together with the Digital Assets and Analytics Manager, the Social & PR Manager and the CRM Manager. You will be a ‘digital centipede’ and you will contribute to reaching our (digital) paid, earned & owned targets. The fields you will be working in will be digital assets (websites), Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media & Influencer marketing, CRM and Analytics. You are a digital social addict, nicely critical and a true team player!

The compensation will be €1000 per month. You will also receive a full refund of transportation costs, paid holidays, and a laptop.
