What will you do? 

In this Medical Marketing internship you will work closely with 2 Medical Managers of the Benelux Active Cosmetics Division: the Medical Communication Manager, responsible for the medical content & communication strategy and the Medical Multichannel Manager, responsible for the multichannel strategy (B2B digital platforms and B2B/B2C medical projects). You will have the opportunity to work on 4 expanding and leading brands where you can express yourself with creative out of the box ideas for the Benelux market. You will help developing one of the fastest growing divisions within L’Oréal even further. With online and offline missions targeting healthcare professionals and patients in the medical field, this internship will require you to bring out your marketing, analytical and creative skills. You will be the intermediate between the parties involved and require a strong set of communication and flexibility skills.  

Your tasks, amongst others, will consist of: 

  • Help develop medical communication material for different healthcare professionals and sales material for medical representatives to support each global brand strategy 
  • Create digital medical training tools and report their performances  
  • Boost brand visibility while developing physical medical events  
  • Help organize marketing cycle meetings gathering the whole medical team 
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (medical representatives, patients’ associations, creative and media agencies, etc.) 


During your internship you will be both Medical Manager’s right hand and will get acquainted with all the aspects of the medical business. You will contribute to the development of the medical marketing strategy within the Benelux and you will have your own projects and responsibilities from the start.

The compensation will be €1000 per month. You will also receive a full refund of transportation costs, paid holidays, and a laptop.
